If you are a software developer or a web developer, you know that there are tens of solutions available for any type of a requirement.
You also know that none of those solutions fit exactly what a client requests.
So the logical thing to do is to customize the existing solution to meet the requirements OR fit the requirements into the existing solution OR to build a solution.
The Newbies
Usually the new comers experiment with available solutions.
They try to fit the client requirments into an existing solution. This is primarily because of lack of programming skills and experience.
It is not uncommon that even the intermediate developers and companies do it, for reasons unknown.
The Customizers
Most of the seasoned developers or agencies customize a solution to fit the client requirements.
When you get a lot of queries and you are short on staff, the reasonable thing seems to be to customize a solution to fit the client needs.
Intermediate developers and mid-range IT companies customize solutions. They have the programming expertise to modify the existing code or purchase addons to extend functionality of an existing system.
For example, everyone uses WordPress. They customize it, by addon themes, and plugins.
If you notice the Kuwait website development companies, most of them develop websites in WordPress, including their own.
It is unlikely that they build solutions which fit exactly the client needs.
The Builders
These are experienced developers who detest the idea of customization. They build stuff. They are creators, trend-setters, and innovation leaders.
They understand that amazing people need amazing solutions and the only way to have amazing solutions which fit these varied amazing people is to build them.
There are frameworks which allow these creators to build very personalized software for very specific requirments.
Usually a striking feature you would notice about these creators is that they never say, it cannot be done.
They find a way to get it done.
The clients who ask for such personalized solutions are quite particular about what they want and they know the value of their idea and how that idea will come to fruition with personalized solutions which are build from ground up.
They are willing to invest in such a solution, since everything in that solution is matched to what they envision or meets an objective which they set.
Conclusion
The market is full of different types of people with differing needs. Some might just quickly want a web presence or a simple app to get online presence.
Some of them don't really care whether their requirements are fit into a solution until they have something which is serving their purpose.
And some of you are particular about what you do. You are focused on what you want and are willing to do whatever it takes to grow yourself and your business.
And for all these different types of people, we got different types of companies serving them. And over time these companies grow.
