You add KNET two ways: through an aggregator like MyFatoorah, Tap or UPayments, or directly with KNET via a merchant account and bank approval. We connect the gateway to your platform, verify the signed payment result server-side, then test in sandbox before going live — usually within days for the aggregator route.

They are not rivals: KNET is Kuwait’s payment network, and MyFatoorah is an aggregator that gives you KNET plus cards and Apple Pay in one account. Most SMEs start with an aggregator for speed and unified reporting; a direct KNET connection suits higher-volume merchants chasing the lowest per-transaction fee.

Through an aggregator, integration is often live within a few days to two weeks once your account is approved. The direct KNET route takes longer — usually a few weeks — because bank and KNET approval, not the coding, is the slow part. We build in that lead time from day one.

You need a valid Kuwait commercial licence, a secure HTTPS site or app, and business documents such as owner ID and a settlement IBAN. The direct route also needs a merchant account plus bank and KNET approval; aggregators bundle the account into their own onboarding, so you skip the separate bank step.

Yes. We integrate KNET inside iOS and Android apps using the provider SDKs, so customers pay with an in-app payment sheet without leaving your app. Payment results are verified securely on the server. In-app KNET is normally scoped and priced together with your mobile app project.
